Framingham's welding bay has multiple 40-ton cranes and is equipped with turning rolls, rotary positioners, and manipulators allowing easy repositioning of heavy weldments. Manual and semi- automatic arc welding processes that are supported are SMAW (stick), GMAW (mig), GTAW (tig), and SAW (sub-arc).
